It is not possible to save outside the permitted recording period.
This error message means that an attempt is being made to enter a record in a closed data entry period. The recording period is visible above next to the employee, in the time recording overview table and in the “Time recording” tab – active recording period.



You can make adjustments to the period in the employee administration –> “Time recording” tab for the employee.

If the period is correct, it must also be ensured that no releases have been set yet, if necessary, these must be removed again. You can read how the releases are withdrawn here: Release of employee reports | ems – Help Center



Allocation to orders or cost centers is only possible with active allocation data.
The message appears when an entry is made with reference to a recipient and no billing data is stored. It is important that active data is available at the time of the entry.
Billing data is billing information about the employee, such as the type of service and the internal cost rate. You can find this information in the employee data –> “Company data” tab.
