The vacation balance must not fall below 0. If you have entered more vacation days than the calculated balance, you cannot approve the report. To resolve this, individual vacation days can be deleted from the time tracking and replaced by offsetting the time account.

1032: You do not have any wage types for automatic reconciliation.

To perform an automatic reconciliation with the shift schedule, the corresponding time types (wage types) must be entered in the system. For manual reconciliation, the employee must have access permissions for the corresponding time types. If automatic reconciliation is configured, the time types simply need to be defined in the master data.

1033: The entry requires an account assignment (order, cost center).

Time types used for performance reporting also require an account assignment. For example, the time type “Productive Work Time” must also include information about a sales order.

1034: There is a discrepancy with the shift schedule

This message appears only if automatic time adjustment or automatic synchronization with the shift schedule is not enabled. For example, if the shift schedule specifies a target working time of 8.4 hours, you may not enter 9 hours of sick leave. However, it is permissible to enter 8 hours of sick leave and 1 hour of on-duty time.

1040: The maximum daily working hours have been exceeded.

The department responsible for time tracking at your company can set a maximum daily working hour limit. By law, the maximum daily working hours are 12.5 hours. If this limit is exceeded, this error message will appear. In this case, please double-check the hours you entered. It’s also possible that hours were entered twice, which could result in exceeding the daily working time limit. This limit is usually specified in a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). If this limit is exceeded, this error message will appear. In this case, please double-check the hours you entered. It’s also possible that hours were entered twice, which could result in the weekly working hours limit being exceeded. In detailed time tracking, this indicates that a time entry has been started but not stopped. In simplified time tracking, an entry with 0 hours has been recorded. Neither of these situations is permitted and must be corrected. Complete the entry in time tracking by entering the number of hours or the end time.
