Released time requests can be canceled by the administrator. However, this is only possible if the recording period has not yet been completed and the data does not contain a visa (from the line manager or employee). Otherwise, you must first set the entry period before canceling the temporary application and then remove the visa (variant 4 in the instructions for visa revocation<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n

Cancel time request<\/h2>\n\n

Switch to the employee’s time recording and then to the Time requests tab (1). In the list of time requests, you can cancel released time requests (2): click on the three-dot menu and select “Cancel time request” in the submenu. <\/a><\/p>\n\n

If no error message appears that prevents the cancelation, the entry then appears as canceled (“trash can” symbol) and can no longer be changed. <\/p>\n\n

Cancel time request at the monthly limit<\/h2>\n\n

If the time application is at the limit of 2 months and the first month has already been completed (September in the screenshot), the repeat visa must first be canceled so that the cancellation is possible. Otherwise, the Cancel time application<\/em> option will not appear. <\/p>\n\n
