To do this, click on the magnifying glass, enter the first letters of the item in the search field, enter the quantities for the desired items and click on <em>Apply<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"329\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-4-Suche.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-4-Suche.jpg 329w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-4-Suche-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 329px) 100vw, 329px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Articles <em>are<\/em>created and managed via <em>Asset management \u2192 Article management<\/em>. You can find out more here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/docs\/artikel-anlegen-und-bearbeiten\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7146\">Create and edit articles<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/docs\/artikel-verwalten\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"7170\">Manage articles<\/a> <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Record material directly<\/h3>\n\n<p>Material can also be entered directly. This is primarily intended for material that is not in the article master (there is no created article). Accordingly, there is no invoicing for such articles, but the price must be set manually during invoicing. Evaluations etc. are also not possible.   <\/p>\n\n<p>For direct material entry, the fields the <em>article number<\/em> (for articles from the article master), the <em>article description<\/em>, possibly a <em>comment<\/em> on the article, <em>quantity<\/em> with unit of measurement (is entered manually), <em>purchase and sales prices<\/em> (can be activated and deactivated by the system administrator in ems Mobile) must be completed.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"323\" height=\"495\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-5-Direkte-Eingabe.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-5-Direkte-Eingabe.jpg 323w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Mobile-Material-erfassen-5-Direkte-Eingabe-196x300.jpg 196w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 323px) 100vw, 323px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article text<\/h3>\n\n<p>The article text can be changed directly in the order and in the document, provided it does not originate from the article master. This can contain item properties or other information. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receipts (material certificate \/ order)<\/h2>\n\n<p>If the items are selected from the catalog or entered directly, a document (material slip) is created automatically. All other items in the same order are added to this material slip. <\/p>\n\n<p>The documents (material bills and orders) can only be viewed and changed in ems Web (in the <em>Billing<\/em> tab) if they have not been completed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The material entry for a customer order in ems Mobile takes place via the Material tab.
