To do this, click on the cogwheel symbol at the top right and log in as administrator. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"307\" height=\"77\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Zahnrad.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5756\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Zahnrad.jpg 307w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Zahnrad-300x75.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 307px) 100vw, 307px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>In the next screen, select the employee from the drop-down list (1) and click on the desired authentication type (2) \u2192 then teach in the authentication: recognize the face via the terminal camera, scan the fingerprint, scan the badge \/ transponder, enter the PIN.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"299\" height=\"535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Mitarbeiter-auswaehlen.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5758\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Mitarbeiter-auswaehlen.jpg 299w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/ems-Terminal-Mitarbeiter-auswaehlen-168x300.jpg 168w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 299px) 100vw, 299px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>If the data is saved successfully, a confirmation message appears and the lamp above the display lights up green.<\/p>\n\n<p>If an error occurs, the error message appears and the lamp above the display lights up red.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assign transponders via the ems system<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alternatively, the transponder can also be assigned to the employee via the web interface. This requires the transponder number, which can be found on the back of the transponder. To do this, press and hold the on\/off button on the right-hand side until the menu appears at the top.
