The quotation overview contains data on the quotation status (quotation opportunity and processing status). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offer status and processing status<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The offers can have different <strong>statuses<\/strong>: Offer not received (0%), Offer low chance (20%), Offer medium chance (50%), Offer high chance (80%), Order received (100%) &#8211; the chance of the offer is shown in brackets. The statuses are stored in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/docs\/ems-angebotsverwaltung\/angebote\/angebotseinstellungen\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"5000\">offer settings<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"198\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebotsstatus.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5001\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the <strong>processing status<\/strong>, the offers are marked with different symbols in front of them:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Exclamation mark<\/em> in the yellow triangle &#8211; from 0% to 100% chance of implementation).<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"224\" height=\"166\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Status.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5025\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The status is changed via the Orders tab, among other things:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you click on <em><strong>+Customer order<\/strong><\/em> a new order is created and the quotation <em>receives<\/em> the status <em>Order received<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking on <em><strong>Not received<\/strong><\/em> sets the status <em>Order not received<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"69\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Status-aendern.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5017\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enter new offer<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New offer from the address list<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new offer can be entered from the customer address overview. The mandatory fields are highlighted in green. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1002\" height=\"755\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Grunddaten.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5019\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Grunddaten.png 1002w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Grunddaten-300x226.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Grunddaten-768x579.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1002px) 100vw, 1002px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Offer code<\/em> &#8211; the consecutive basic number is set automatically by the system; an additional offer code can be entered in the second field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Department<\/em> &#8211; the department and the quote creator are automatically filled in by the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Offer type<\/em> &#8211; is selected from the dropdown: Quotation, quotation to bid, supplementary quotation, order confirmation, cost estimate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"224\" height=\"87\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Art.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5029\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the selected offer type, a corresponding document is stored when the offer is released:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"45\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Angebotsart.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5101\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Offer status<\/em> &#8211; you can read more about this above in the chapter <em>Offer status and processing status<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <em>customer, object and invoice addresses<\/em> can be identical or different.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer address has been highlighted in color, it will also appear in this color in the offer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a comment was entered in the <em>Note<\/em> field <em>for the offer<\/em> when the address was entered, this will appear in the frame below the address.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"258\" height=\"120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Hinweis.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5105\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Contact (name)<\/em> &#8211; if not known \/ available, add a dash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Deadline<\/em> &#8211; the system will check whether the offer has been completed before the deadline. In case of delay, the exclamation mark appears in front of the offer <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Offer validity<\/em> &#8211; if not specified, the offer is valid for 30 days &#8211; it can be changed when releasing \/ finalizing the offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Order period<\/em> &#8211; planned time frame for order processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Contact reason<\/em> &#8211; the source of the offer must be selected here (these reasons are managed under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/docs\/ems-angebotsverwaltung\/angebote\/angebotseinstellungen\/\" data-type=\"docs\" data-id=\"5000\">offer settings<\/a> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Subject<\/em> &#8211; Offer description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Comment<\/em> &#8211; is a comment that can also be visible to the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Internal text<\/em> &#8211; a commentary on the offer for internal use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Link addresses to the offer<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the quote is linked to addresses other than the customer address and customer contact, use the <em>Linked addresses to quote<\/em> section. If the system is missing some data, it will not save the basic data until you have added the data &#8211; a corresponding error message will appear. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After saving basic data, further tabs are displayed.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"736\" height=\"66\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Register.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Register.png 736w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Angebot-Register-300x27.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offer items<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The items of the offer are recorded in the <em>Items <\/em>tab.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) First of all, the larger component<strong>(variant <\/strong>or service group in the case of several groups with different payment frequencies) must be entered. To do this, enter the number of the supergroup\/variant in the left-hand field (e.g. A\/B\/C or I\/II\/III), the name of the supergroup in the upper field and the description in the lower field, the payment frequency (total, total one-off, total monthly or annual recurring), the currency. Flat-rate discounts can also be recorded. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Basic data such as article name etc. for the article<\/strong> &#8211; price calculation of the offer. The costings are always replacements. This means that only the last calculation is valid.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklists for the offer<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checklists can be created for the quotation and for other objects and are filled in when the quotation is created. The system then considers it to be completed and sent.
