If you want to organize data exchange with your business partners or suppliers, the authorization roles for suppliers will help you.<\/p>\n\n

Create authorization role<\/h2>\n\n

First, the authorization role for suppliers<\/strong> must be defined(Supplier addresses \u2192 Three-item menu \u2192 Users & authorizations \u2192 Authorization roles<\/em>):<\/p>\n\n

The settings determine which apps the supplier \/ business partner can use: ems Mobile and \/ or ems Web.<\/p>\n\n

You can also choose whether the customer can access documents and\/or intranet pages.<\/p>\n\n

The supplier addresses for which the role applies are added under Assignment<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n

Registration for the supplier<\/h2>\n\n

Secondly, the registration for the supplier<\/strong> \/ business partner must be created (3) \u2192 click on Plus:<\/p>\n\n

A standard ems login cannot be stored. If your supplier has a Microsoft \/ Google account, the login can be set up using this. <\/p>\n\n
