The columns can be configured via the settings (1). The documents icon indicates that the campaign has stored files. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"49\" height=\"58\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Web-Kampagne-geloescht-Doku.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7084\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>The <em>Participants<\/em> column contains information about campaign participants: green &#8211; confirmed, light gray &#8211; invited, red &#8211; canceled.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"138\" height=\"104\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Web-Kampagne-Teilnehmer-Symbole.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7086\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-135ea64d-a969-44e6-94eb-90993f0b5263\">Campaign-dependent participant status<\/h3>\n\n<p id=\"block-bf4dee2f-d1f7-45c4-a9b4-558800d5bf5f\">It is now possible to display up to 5 columns with campaign status in the customer list. This is useful for continuously monitoring the participation of customers in certain campaigns or their membership of certain groups. <\/p>\n\n<p id=\"block-c7de07dd-706e-4607-ae4d-cbad41489539\">To do this, define which campaigns are displayed as columns in the <em>settings for Customer addresses \u2192 Advanced settings<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-88f24ca4-6104-41fd-86f7-24b18caf2510\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Web-Kampagnen-Einstellungen.jpg\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute.
