You can check your hour and vacation balances both in ems Mobile (Hour and Vacation Balances (ems Mobile)<\/a>) and in ems Web. If you are the system administrator, you also have access to the hours and vacation balances of other employees (Hours and Vacation Balances (ems Web)<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n

The system administrator can set minimum and maximum limits for the balances so that if these limits are exceeded or not met, the report cannot be released (a warning message appears). This prevents your hour and vacation balances from becoming negative. <\/p>\n\n

View Balances from the Previous Day<\/h2>\n\n

Under Time Tracking \u2192 Open your employee profile (tap the pencil icon on the right) \u2192 Time Requests \u2192 Current Hour Balance<\/em>, you’ll find your current vacation and hour balances as of the previous day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

For comparison, the balances as of the end of the most recent reported period and the projected balances as of year-end (based on upcoming time requests) are also shown here.<\/p>\n\n

Time Tracking Report<\/h3>\n\n

The time tracking report contains data on time and expense entries for the selected time period. The values for the time accounts are listed at the bottom, along with comparative values for the day before and the day after the time period, expressed in hours (H) and days (D). <\/p>\n\n

Hour Credit (Balance Statement)<\/h3>\n\n

The document \u201cHour Credit (Balance Statement)\u201d shows the daily change in the balance for the selected time period: Date \u2013 Time Type \u2013 Value (Number of Hours) \u2013 Balance as of the date in hours and days.<\/p>\n\n

  • Vacation Balance: Vacation entitlements (created by the system administrator) and all approved absence requests are taken into account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
