The report approval icon is automatically hidden. Once the self-approval is set, the time entry can no longer be modified. However, the approval can be revoked while the entry period is still open.   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"438\" height=\"455\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Freigeben.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8700\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Freigeben.jpg 438w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Freigeben-289x300.jpg 289w, https:\/\/www.ems-help.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Freigeben-360x374.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 438px) 100vw, 438px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;Share&#8221; menu option opens the sharing dialog box.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click &#8220;Share.&#8221; All data will now be checked, and a list of information and warnings will be displayed. Please wait until the data has finished loading.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information items in the list are marked with a blue \u201ci\u201d icon (these are hidden when the \u201cShow only error messages\u201d checkbox is selected), while warning messages are marked with a red exclamation point \u201c!\u201d. Warnings must be corrected. For each warning, you can see which day it applies to.
