A combination of permissions is required in order to use “Scheduling”.
Profile authorization
In order for you to see the “Scheduling” menu item, this must be set in the user profile. You can find this item under “User profile” in an authorization role.
With this authorization, you will now see the scheduling. This is only necessary for employees who actively perform planning (scheduling). Employees who carry out assignments do not need this authorization.
Entitlement to employees
In order for an employee to be visible in scheduling, this authorization must be set on the employee. You have two options to set this permission.
Variant via employee management
Open the employee in the employee management and switch to the “Time recording” tab.
In the Permissions section, you need to check the “Scheduling” box.
In principle, you can register directly as an employee, but we recommend that you always work with authorization roles.
Variant via authorization roles
Open the desired authorization role and switch to the “Time recording” tab. Now enter the desired employees with the “Scheduling” authorization.
Important: In contrast to the employee, you do not enter yourself here but the employees to be planned.
