Import of supplier price data (ELDAS)
The ELDAS catalog does not include suppliers’ price data. To import the supplier price list, request the appropriate price file from your desired supplier.

You will receive the price file in a ZIP file by email or by download.
Important: The import takes a long time, it is recommended to perform the import overnight.
Start the ems system and switch to the “Article management” menu, then click on the “Data exchange” icon at the top right.
Select “Import ELDAS supplier prices” and then drag the ZIP file into the upload field. (Important: It is not possible to upload the unzipped file).
After uploading the file, it will be automatically analyzed. Now select the desired supplier via the magnifying glass. Once this is selected, click “Save”. The processing of the data starts.
