Time recording terminal Datafox Evo 2.8/3.5

operation of the terminal

The following operation refers to the standard configuration of SUBRIS. Customization may result in a change in operation.

Functions (1st page)

Stamp function

  • Select the “Stamp” function in the display or using the keys
  • Identification of the employee through the batch or other means of identification (e.g. fingerprint)
  • Wait for confirmation from the terminal. The terminal decides independently whether it is “coming” or “going” based on the last stored booking.

Balance function

  • Select the “Balance” function in the display or using the keys
  • Identification of the employee through the batch or other means of identification (e.g. fingerprint)
  • The display shows the current balances from the previous day.

Operation of older versions

Older terminals only have the “clock in” function, newer installations have separate functions for “clocking in” and “clocking out”.

Other functions (2nd page)

Admin (FingerPrint)

The “Admin” function is intended for teaching fingerprints to the terminal. If you start this function, you will be given the option of teaching in new fingers or deleting them. All biometric data is stored only on the terminal.
