Import of customer data from Schoch order (Alfred)
In a first step, export the customer data from Schoch Auftrag to Excel (csv). Since Schoch orders has less strict rules when entering, you still have to make corrections to the data if necessary.
Now open the import dialog in ems:
Main menu ➜ Customer addresses ➜ Import (symbol top right)
Now drag the file (*.csv) to the upload area. The file is then automatically analyzed and the dialog for linking the fields is displayed. Select the settings according to the following picture:
You may need to turn off the “Address Validation…” option if the data is not of the required quality.
