Customer addresses

Use the customer addresses to store all your customer data centrally. If you want to save additional properties for your customers, this is easily possible by creating your own property fields. For example, you can store the location of a key pipe or similar and access this data at any time.

By filing correspondence with the customer (“Documents” tab), you can keep track of correspondence already created at any time. For example, condition letters or electronic correspondence via e-mail.

Customers can be stored in networks. Each address/contact receives its own customer number. Relationships can be defined between individual addresses. This means that the entire customer network can be mapped.
