After opening the sales order, you will be taken to the basic mask of the order. This screen gives you an overview of the entire order.
Addresses #
All addresses associated with the order are displayed. Linked addresses of suppliers etc. are also displayed.
You can change the address using the magnifying glass symbol. You can create a new address or copy an existing address from the master data.
The following icons are available or are not displayed, depending on the characteristics of the address.
1 = Navigation to the corresponding address
2 = Call (If several telephone numbers are stored, you must select the desired number.)
3 = Write SMS
4 = E-mail
An order contact can be stored for each order. This contains the name of the contact person responsible for the order and their contact details.
Operational planning information #
If the job has been planned via resource planning, you will see the corresponding work instructions and the employees (helpers) who belong to your team.
The work instruction cannot be processed. In contrast to the order text (comment), the work instruction is only intended internally and not for the customer.
Deleting an order #
You can delete (invalidate) an order. This is only possible if no hours, material or service items have yet been entered for the order.
A deleted order cannot be restored via ems Mobile.
Copying an order #
You can copy the order using the button at the bottom right. There are two options available to you.
1 = Copy is created under the existing order (subordinate order).
2 = Order is copied (new order).
It is only possible to create a subordinate order (1) if it is not already a subordinate order.
