1035: Automatic compensation with overtime #

The system automatically calculated overtime on the specified day and added it to the time recording. For example, you have worked 9 hours on this day and have a planned working time of 8.4 hours. In this case, the system will automatically add 0.6 hours as overtime. These hours are credited to your current flexitime hours balance.

1036: Automatic equalization with compensation #

The system has automatically calculated reduced hours on the specified day and added them to the time recording. For example, you have worked 7 hours on this day and have a planned working time of 8.4 hours. In this case, the system will automatically insert 1.4 hours as compensation. These hours are deducted from your current flexitime hours balance.

1038: The visa already exists and will be updated. #

Some of the data already have a visa. However, the system recalculates and visualizes the data again.

1039: The employee visa is already set. #

This message is only displayed when the supervisor visa is set. If the employee visa has already been set, there is no new data check; the data is checked and released directly.

1045: Automatic break deduction made #

The system automatically deducted breaks because the statutory break times were not observed. The system supplements the break deduction and does not change any recorded data.

Error messages #

1031: The vacation balance is too small #

The system continuously calculates the current vacation balance. The vacation balance may not fall below 0. If you have entered more vacation than the calculated balance, you cannot release the report. As a solution, individual vacation days can be deleted in the time recording and replaced by compensating the time account.

1032: You have no wage types for automatic clearing. #

In order to carry out an automatic comparison with the shift plan, corresponding time types (wage types) must be entered in the system. For manual clearing, the employee requires authorizations for the corresponding time types. If automatic balancing is specified, the time types only need to be stored in the master data.

1033: The entry requires an account assignment (order, cost center). #

Time types that are used for activity reporting also require the account assignment to be specified. For example, the time type “Productive working time” must still contain information on a sales order.

1034: There is a deviation from the shift plan #

This message only appears if automatic time compensation or automatic synchronization with the shift plan is not set. If this is the case, the reported hours on the days must correspond exactly to the target hours according to the shift plan, otherwise this error message will appear.

1037: The absence is greater than the daily planned working time. #

If an absence time type (e.g. illness) is entered, the daily planned working time may not be exceeded. If, for example, the shift plan provides for a target working time of 8.4 hours, sick leave may not be entered for 9 hours. However, it is permissible to enter 8 hours of sick leave and 1 hour of attendance time.

1040: The permitted daily working time has been exceeded. #

The department responsible for time recording in your company can set a maximum daily working time limit. By law, a maximum daily working time of 12.5 hours permitted. If this is exceeded, this error message is displayed. In this case, please check the hours entered again. It is also possible that hours have been recorded twice and the daily working time has therefore been exceeded. If the data entered is correct, check with the department responsible for time recording.

1041: The permitted weekly working hours have been exceeded. #

The department responsible for time recording in your company can set a maximum weekly working time limit. The limit is usually regulated in a collective employment contract (CEC). If this is exceeded, this error message is displayed. In this case, please check the hours entered again. It is also possible that hours have been recorded twice and therefore the weekly working hours have been exceeded. If the data entered is correct, check with the department responsible for time recording.

1042: The entry was not completed or has the value 0. #

This message means that there is an incomplete entry in the time recording. This means that a started time entry without the stop entry is available in the detailed time recording. An entry with 0 hours is entered in the simplified recording. Both are not permitted and must be corrected. End the entry in the time recording by entering the number of hours or the end time. If the entry is incorrect, it can of course also be deleted.

1043: There are overlapping time entries. #

There are overlapping time entries that overlap in the daily schedule. This means, for example, that the previous data record runs over the following data record. Correct the data and the overlapping time entry.

1044: The planned working time was exceeded with simultaneous absence. #

On a day of absence (e.g. illness), the planned working time according to the shift plan was exceeded. It is not permitted to work overtime on these days. Reduce the absence accordingly so that the planned working time is not exceeded.

1046: Unprocessed time request (vacation request) available. #

There is an unprocessed time request in the release period. Arrange for release by the responsible office or delete the time request.

1047: The statutory breaks and rest periods were not observed. #

The settings stipulate that the statutory breaks and rest periods must be observed. If this is not the case, you must adjust and correct the repeat.

1048: The entry requires information on the machine (operating equipment). #

There is an entry with a time type that a machine (equipment) requires.

1049: The permissible balance in the time type balance group xxx was not reached #

Your administrator can set a limit value for the time type balance group (e.g. vacation/hourly balance). This must not be undercut. This error message is usually due to too much vacation being taken. Correct your time recording report or contact the office responsible for time recording.

1050: The permitted balance in the time type group xxx was exceeded #

Your administrator can set a limit value for the time type balance group (e.g. vacation/hourly balance). This must not be exceeded. This error message is usually due to too much credit hours. Correct your time recording report or contact the office responsible for time recording.

1051: The entered period extends beyond the day #

The period covered extends beyond midnight. The permitted end time must end at 23:59:59. Then start a new time entry in the following day.

1052: Resetting is not possible as there is a higher-level visa. #

The resetting of a visa, e.g. employee visa, is still blocked by a higher-level visa (e.g. supervisor visa). First remove the supervisor visa.
